A journey to Venice…
Or perhaps a journey with Venice?

Mania, Iphigenia and Penelope would always go there whenever their lives took a sudden turn or any unpleasantness at all. In the living room of another time, sitting comfortably on gold-brocaded armchairs, they drank tea from bone-china teacups and, in the company of their beloved Venice, they travelled to the City of the Doges…
Everything seemed much easier then. Their hearts opened, their lips spoke and their eyes watered…
In the darkest canals of her soul, Venice carried away all that hurt them and brought a cool breeze into their lives…
Was she a woman or a city? Why did that matter anyway?
The journey to Venice was perpetual, filled with twists, turns and surprises and, most important of all, magic.

Ταξίδι στη Βενετία…
ή μήπως ταξίδι με τη Βενετία;

Η Μάνια, η Ιφιγένεια και η Πηνελόπη εκεί κατέφευγαν κάθε φορά που στη ζωή τους ερχόταν μια απρόσμενη αλλαγή ή μια δυσάρεστη ματαίωση. Στο σαλόνι μιας άλλης εποχής, καθισμένες σε χρυσοποίκιλτες πολυθρόνες, έπιναν τσάι από πορσελάνινα φλιτζάνια και, μαζί με την αγαπημένη τους Βενετία, ταξίδευαν νοερά στην Πόλη των Δόγηδων…
Όλα τότε φαίνονταν πιο εύκολα. Οι καρδιές άνοιγαν, τα χείλη μιλούσαν και τα μάτια δάκρυζαν…
Στα βαθιά κανάλια της ψυχής της, η Βενετία πετούσε όσα πονούσαν και έφερνε δροσερό αεράκι στις ζωές τους…
